Every Sunday at Lamport Stadium 1151 King St W, Toronto, ON M6K 1E9 Class runs from 10:30am to 12pm Open to all skill levels Class example: 15mins - Active warmup, soccer based strength & fitness 15mins - Technical - first touch, volley, ball control 20mins - Drills - dribbling, passing, shooting, combinations 20mins - SSG - transitions, positional awareness 20mins - Scrimmage game
