Where can I find league rules?

League rules can be viewed HERE

How long are the games?

Games are 50 minutes long with two 25 minute halves with a halftime break.

Are cleats allowed?

No, players are not allowed to wear cleats in any league games.

Are shin guards required?

Yes, we try to promote the safest conditions for all participants.

What's the league format?

This is a 6v6 league including the goalie.

How many games can I expect to play?

The schedule spans 12 games: 10 regular season games and 2 playoff games.
