Class runs every Saturday from 10:00am to 11:30am. Class example: 15mins - Active warmup, soccer based strength & fitness 15mins - Technical - first touch, volley, ball control 20mins - Drills - dribbling, passing, shooting, combinations 20mins - SSG - transitions, positional awareness 20mins - Scrimmage game
